A company such as ours relies upon its IT and computer systems very heavily - whilst we believe in personal service, there are some things that only computers can do efficiently.
However, our IT department has been working steadily to automate a lot of our systems and also to make the hardware more reliable, which they've now just about completed.
That means that they are now finding themselves with a lot of time on their hands - so now we are offering their services and expertise to you. |

Not necessarily - we need to keep our guys handy, just in case our systems develop glitches (it happens to the best of us!) so we don't need to charge top dollar for what they do in between.
Also, a genuine expert can usually fix the problems quicker - so you don't get charged for as much time anyway. A lot of people never think of that!
Finally, we already have the workshop areas and all the tools and other things needed in order to operate a top notch diagnosis and repair service, so we don't have to factor that into our charges, either. |

We can tell you exactly how much any replacement parts or modules will cost, and give you a pretty accurate estimate of when your equipment will be fixed - and we also offer a collection and delivery service.
